A specialized machine for cutting paper, documents, all kinds of sheets, eg. of tea, tobacco or herbs, in strips of 0.8mm wide.
Its aesthetic box, made of stainless steel protects the engine from 0.75kW of power against damage. The equipment requires for its service only of a stable base and power with the standard current of AC 220 / 230V. The stable and resistant structure is seated on four non-slip feet that dampen vibrations. The well balanced equipment weighing 30 kg can be manipulated and moved by a person. For this purpose, two handles are mounted in the center. Another important advantage of the machine is its high performance and practical handling that increases its functionality. The machine is equipped with an adjustable tray that allows feeding of large quantities of material to be cut. The material to be cut is directed to two cutters of 18cm in length (distancing of teeth of 0.8mm), seated on the bearings. The machine can be equipped with sets of rollers and peinens with the distance of the teeth of 0.8 and 1.1mm. Thanks to the use of high quality cutting and drive elements (chain), the machine is suitable for continuous work.
